Karthikeyan Manikandan is currently pursuing a doctorate in Learning Sciences and Educational Psychology at the prestigious University of Iowa. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India and a masters degree in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University.
Karthikeyan further honed his expertise through a master's program in Biomedical Engineering at Arizona State University, where he excelled in both academics and research pursuits. His relentless pursuit of knowledge has also been evident in his roles as an educator and researcher. Currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Chemistry 1070 course, Karthikeyan plays a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring students on their academic journey. His commitment to student success was evident during his tenure as a Graduate Service Assistant for the BIO 331 - Animal Behavior course at Arizona State University, where he provided crucial support to students and contributed to their academic growth. In the realm of academia, Karthikeyan's master's research delved into the intriguing world of video gaming. His focus on investigating and predicting catastrophic behavior changes during prolonged video game playing to improve players performance.
